For me, school is an hour away from home. That means I have to commute all the way only through our local jeepneys and I ride three times going to school. Bringing a lot of stuff has always been a hassle for me. Commuting is not easy when you are full-packed with school stuffs and your bag is bulky. Chances are you stumble, you hit a co-passenger or your things would run away from you. So what's our foreseen solution? A locker at school.
A locker! But in my three years in college I never experienced the use of a locker. We have been requesting silently for lockers since our first year in UP but nobody heard our whispers. So what do we do? Carry our books (imagine TC7 last year) all the time even during lunch time. That is so annoying and burdensome.
Imagine our school giving us school lockers (I would pay for it). That means I could leave unnecessary things there or those not needed at home yet. In high school, we had lockers and that was very convenient. In college, only the Fine Arts students were given lockers. Nay for the rest of the courses. I don't care if we are only provided with wood lockers (am I serious when I said that?) as long as we have a personal space at school to leave our heavy stuff behind.
Okay, all I could do now is just rant about this since I know I will still have no locker for my last year in college. Anyways, it is great wishing for a locker and not actually given one. A childish wish really, but all I want is convenience! I hope our Dean is reading this one. :P
