I am not a total addict on Japanese movies, animes or live actions. But I do have selected favorites over time, some of which are all suggested by my anime-lover friend, Justine.

Following the two Death Note movies, which I have all seen, is the third Death Note release. It is entitled Death Note 3: L Changed The World. Obviously, this movie is not a sequel to the last one. L died before Death Note 2 ended and I believe resurrection is something stupid to relate to in the movie. Death Note 3, as I have heard is all about L living his remaining life or maybe just about the deeper aspects of his life. We, that is those who've seen the first two movies, know that L is very mysterious. Probably the third movie will give light on the darker sides of his life.

But for you who haven't seen any of the three Death Note movies, the first two is basically about the battle of two incredibly amazing geniuses named Kira and L. The movie is about killing for some humanitarian reasons using a death note and a shinigami (death god) but along the way, the killings have gone out of its way and included innocents. L's purpose is to catch the culprit. The story twisted around many paths and in the end, L caught Kira (Light) but on the expense of his own life.
