I have been so amazed with the powers of the online world. When I was a little boy during primary school, the internet was introduced to me. There and then, I got attached to it, addicted to it. That's the same reason why I end up in a Computer Science course. One prominent feature of the internet is the social networking facility which allows you to connect practically to anyone. Imagine today with no internet. Would you be able to virtually talk to a loved one outside of the country within seconds? Would you be able to bump to your long lost childhood friend? Would you be able to meet again your very first kiss? Yikes! The answer is yes -- rarely. And it boils down to a no.
Through the internet and through social media sites, you could meet the people you never thought you'd be able to meet again the rest of your life. Just recently, I have been communicating with my long lost classmates from my first school which I left without a word. It's a good feeling meeting these people again especially if you have memories with them in the past.
The internet brings in wonders -- both things predictable and unexpected. Do you have your own online story to share?
