Kerchoonz: Wanna play?

I am a music lover. I love to listen to great songs. I love to sing them too. That is why I am familiar with sites that stream music or those that allow downloading. Unfortunately, a lot are not available for free. Usually, downloading has a price. There are a lot of varieties of music sites. There are those that pay listeners to critic on streamed songs while others are plainly for listening (sometimes giving only 30-second song previews) or buying. But have you heard of a music site that is also at the same time a social network? Now you will.

Kerchoonz is a new site where not only music rules but also videos and other media-related stuff rules. This is the social network focusing on music site that I was talking about. I did check the place out (signed up and logged in) and saw a great layout with a purple touch. Not your ordinary layout huh. I signed up as a “fan” but you can sign up as a band, publisher, or etc. What I found out is that both bands and fans will get something good. Bands will be duly paid when their songs are downloaded or listened to - a good way of advertising. Fans will get quality music on the other hand. Crappy songs are not allowed. I then checked out the Top 1 song and it was an awesome rock song. I quote one comment that said “Quality track. Who are these rock gods?” One good comment they got there.

If you are a music fan, you can enjoy Kerchoonz as much as you want. Sign up for a Kerchoonz account now! Please check out the video below too. It is an interview of the people behind Kerchoonz telling about the site, its benefits to the music industry and its advocacy against piracy.
